Policies

Siblings Savings: Siblings in Kindermusik receive a discounted tuition at $70/month
Make Ups: Please note that tuition payments are non-refundable. We understand that life happens and will do our very best to work with you...whether it is a make up class when available or transferring a spot to a friend.
Payment: With the school year ongoing class enrollments, your credit card on file will be automatically charged monthly. If you wish to pause your enrollment, or unenroll, please let me know by mid month in writing before your next charge date so I can make sure you are not charged for the next month. Mini sessions are only billed once. You must reenroll to continue after a mini session.
Snacks: Breastfeeding or bottle for little ones always welcome! Please reserve other snacks and drinks for outside of class time
Illness policy: If your child is sick or running a fever, please reschedule. This ensures a healthy environment for all children and any infant siblings that may be present.
**Instruments and props are cleaned and sanitized before use. Instruments are not used more than once on each class day.
Teacher absence: If class is cancelled because of a teacher emergency or illness, notification will be sent out via email. A make-up class will be scheduled as soon as possible. Refund will be provided in this instance if a canceled make-up class cannot be scheduled for your convenience.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: A question I get very often..."CAN I JUST TRY IT?" We do not currently offer free previews or trial classes. We know that babies and children THRIVE with routine and consistency! The greatest benefits are seen with regular attendance. But it truly is no risk for you! I believe so very strongly in the power of Kindermusik and want you to be thrilled with your experience. If you are not happy with your Kindermusik experience, even after the first class, please let me know! I will cheerfully refund your monthly charge.
